  • Fully glazed 28mm argon filled A rated glazing units.
  • Toughened glass in lower panes (conforms with BS EN 1279 & BS 6206A).
  • Full installation manual and base plans supplied.
  • Fully reinforced uPVC cill.
  • 2 top opening windows as standard (more if required).
  • 35mm polycarbonate in the roof as standard (with upgrade options to toughened glass or Celsius Active Glass).
  • French door with 2 pairs of flag hinges (with point locking systems and shoot bolt locking systems to comply with household insurance policies).
  • French doors to be positions with confirmation of order.
  • Rainwater goods included (gutters and downpipe).

Bespoke Installation of ConservatoriesAll our conservatories come with 'A' Rated glass in the windows and doors. An ‘A’ rating is currently the highest rating a double glazed window can achieve. The units are all argon filled. Air is a very good insulator, but it’s not as good as Argon gas. By removing the air from the cavity and replacing it with argon, an extra barrier to heat loss is created. Rather than a cold metal spacer frame, our sealed units use a modern composite polymer material which is up to 950 times less conductive than aluminium. When you come to sell your home you will need to produce an ‘energy certificate’ within your home information pack (HIPs). This tells potential purchases how energy efficient your home is.
